1. Purpose & Acceptance
Sogni Digitali provides elite web engineering, AI integration and phygital (NFC) solutions. By browsing this site or using our "Entrepreneurship Simulator", you fully accept these terms.
2. Services & the 'Built to Own' Revolution
Sogni Digitali breaks with the classic SaaS model by selling infrastructure in exclusive ownership: Infrastructure Packs (Essential, Pro, Custom) — development and deployment of digital tools; Sogni Care / Care Pro / Growth — optional, cancel-anytime support, monitoring and maintenance; Somnia Tokens — compute credits powering native AI requests. Consumed tokens are non-refundable.
3. Intellectual Property & Code Transfer
The Sogni Digitali Site: the architecture, graphic design and source code of sognidigitali.com remain our exclusive property. Client Systems: upon full payment, Sogni Digitali transfers 100% ownership of the source code, database and infrastructure to the client (Full Ownership).
4. Financial Terms & Billing
Pricing: fixed, transparent prices displayed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) for the Mauritian market. Terms: any project start (Essential, Pro, Custom) is subject to a deposit per the terms agreed at signature. Local Payments: settled by bank transfer or via the Juice/Blink app to the local accounts specified on the invoice.
5. Disclaimer (Simulator & AI)
The Entrepreneurship Simulator is a purely indicative, educational tool; its results are not official legal, tax or financial advice. Our AI agents are configured to industry best practice; the client remains responsible for supervising the final interactions generated for their own users.
6. Governing Law
In case of dispute, contracts are governed by the law of the country issuing the service invoice — Mauritian law for the Indian Ocean region, Italian law for the European region.
