2. Use & Purpose of Data
Your data is processed exclusively to respond to your project requests or schedule your free digital audit, send you exclusive event-related offers, and configure your custom infrastructure (Essential, Pro, Custom).
3. Security & Storage (Sovereign Infrastructure)
Sovereign cloud storage powered by Firebase (Google Cloud) and isolated Supabase instances. No public AI training: data processed by our embedded Gemini agents remains the exclusive property of Sogni Digitali and its clients. Location: secure servers in Europe (EU) and via our ultra-low-latency edge network in Port-Louis, Mauritius.
4. Your Rights (GDPR & Data Protection Act)
