Backend & Database: Firebase / Google Cloud Platform (Google LLC, Mountain View, USA) and isolated private server instances.
3. Intellectual Property & the 'Built to Own' Model
Site Content: all text, graphics, logos, designs, interfaces and source code of sognidigitali.com are the exclusive property of Sogni Digitali. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited. Client Guarantee: by contractual exception, any software infrastructure delivered to clients becomes, upon full payment, the exclusive and final property of the client (Full Ownership).
4. Privacy & Data Protection
Minimal collection: only data submitted via our contact forms or simulator (Name, Email, WhatsApp). Compliance: GDPR (European Union) and the Data Protection Act 2017 (Republic of Mauritius). Right of access: modification and deletion on simple request to support@sognidigitali.com.
