Terms and Conditions (CGV)

1. Subject

These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Sogni Digitali di Désiré Laval Oliver Polydor and the Client for web design and AI integration services.

2. Ownership and Transfer

Sogni Digitali retains ownership of all creations until full payment is received. Once settled, a License of Ownership is issued to the Client.

3. Payments (Kill-Switch)

In case of non-payment, Sogni Digitali will immediately suspend access to the systems and withhold administrative keys.

4. AI Liability Limitation

AI is a probabilistic technology. Sogni Digitali does not guarantee the complete absence of errors (hallucinations), and the Client is responsible for supervising all outputs.
